As a Cyber Security Practitioner (Junior Strategist), you'll help identify cybersecurity challenges and translate them into actionable product solutions. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research teams, you'll validate ideas through structured research and customer feedback. You'll take ownership of cybersecurity projects, driving key components of strategic initiatives while proactively sharing insights and recommending impactful process improvements. Your analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and effective communication will enable you to clearly present cybersecurity concepts as strategic opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.

• Contribute actively to the identification, framing, and management of cybersecurity challenges and ideas, turning them into viable product features or solutions
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and research teams to drive initiatives from ideation through validation, ensuring alignment with customer value and market needs
• Conduct or coordinate necessary research activities, validating ideas through structured methodologies and customer feedback to confirm genuine user value
• Manage and execute smaller cybersecurity projects or components of larger strategic initiatives, maintaining clear oversight of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Share cybersecurity insights proactively with internal stakeholders, recommending process improvements and facilitating informed decision-making
• Demonstrate initiative by taking ownership of tasks, solving problems collaboratively, and contributing strategically to team discussions
• Translate cybersecurity challenges and concepts into clear business cases, demonstrating their strategic value and alignment with organizational goals

• Demonstrated practical experience applying cybersecurity knowledge to real-world scenarios, evidenced by a portfolio of impactful contributions
• Competency in implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions, with a solid understanding of security architecture principles and threat management techniques
• Familiarity with product management processes, including idea validation, user-centric research, and iterative development methodologies
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams, including engineering, product management, and research units
