Agile Coach

We are looking for an Agile Coach with at least 5 years of experience to join our global systemic agility team and work with various clients worldwide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and make a meaningful impact by promoting agile practices within organizations.

• Solid experience in agile team coaching
• Training experience in agile frameworks
• Knowledge of one or more Agile scaling approaches (Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Experience in assessing agile team maturity levels and coaching teams towards higher maturity levels sustainably
• Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Miro, Trello, etc.)
• Experience in developing and coaching teams in continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to monitor and measure success in agile transformations
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset, willing to participate in agile transformation teams
• Support organizations or teams in adopting and improving agile methods and practices
• Define methodologies and ways of working for complex programs, products, or value streams
• Agile certifications are a plus
• Completion of military service is an asset for male candidates

• Excellent communication skills with the initiative to promote ideas and guide teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and seek new opportunities for positive impact
• Skilled in facilitation, able to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to quickly build confidence and trust with senior managers and teams

• Fluency in English is mandatory;
  German is a plus
• Ability to work in international teams
• No restrictions on international travel
