Rafay provides Kubernetes-based GPU cloud infrastructure with PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings for AI/ML and multi-tenant scenarios. Our goal is to deliver self-service and scalable GPU workloads through the Rafay Platform on both public and private infrastructures.

We are seeking a technical and consulting-focused Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in NVIDIA GPU PaaS, Open Shift, and Ranger. In this role, you will be responsible for product presentations and proposals, creating hands-on POCs (Proof of Concept), providing technical consulting, and actively participating in customer pilot projects.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers'GPU, Open Shift, and PaaS needs.
• Prepare and execute customized hands-on POCs involving GPU workloads (GPU PaaS, fractional GPU, GPU Operator workflows) with the Rafay platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations covering GPU, Open Shift, Ranger, and Kubernetes infrastructures.
• Consult with customers on technical architecture designs to create Open Shift cluster structures, GPU PaaS Ranger, and container organization strategies.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, technical documentation, and solution architecture presentations.
• Communicate POC results and customer feedback to product development teams.
• Stay updated on GPU, Open Shift, and Kubernetes trends, tools, and competitive solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of pre-sales engineering or technical consulting experience in SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, or GPU infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience in POC delivery involving GPU workloads (such as Open Shift & GPU PaaS Ranger, Kubernetes GPU Operator).
• Experience with Red Hat Open Shift, multi-cluster management, and cross-distro Kubernetes tools like Rafay.
• Familiarity with tools such as GPU Operator and containerized ML pipelines.
• Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish is an additional advantage.
