Technical Project Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Ankara, Turkey. This role has a dedicated focus on supporting projects in Turkey and the broader Middle East region. We need a versatile, energetic, and resourceful engineer who is both technically proficient and an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and maintain a highly available infrastructure for our AI healthcare solutions.
- Work closely with customers in the region to debug and solve deployment and support issues.
- Provide L1 and L2 support by monitoring system health, triaging alerts, and handling incidents.
- Build and optimize reliable services that enable swift and scalable product delivery.
- Automate environment setup and configuration for customer deployments across various platforms.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with engineering, Dev Ops, and security teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Own communication for production issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Continuously push the production standard forward and develop a customer‑centric support culture.
- Support and troubleshoot configuration and environment setup issues across customer sites.
- Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to streamline support processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, Dev Ops, or technical support roles.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Linux environments, basic scripting, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging platforms like Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, or similar.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and basic networking concepts.
- Basic programming knowledge in any language.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards.
- Strong communication skills, especially in client‑facing scenarios.
- Ability to work independently within a remote.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams across time zones.
