WhatYou’ll Do
- Operate within a 24/7/365 working day/night shift pattern; log management, cyber intelligence, security monitoring activities.
- Check the accuracy, prioritize and classify incoming alarms/events; transfer to relevant units as needed.
- Monitor and report current security threats; ensure security‑defense documents are prepared and kept up to date.
- Perform Level‑1 analysis by examining suspicious situations and alarms in shift working order.
- Produce and transmit reports of the SOC systems on a regular basis; document and disseminate reports and notifications within SLA.
- Perform daily detect & respond functions, working closely with SOC processes on SIEM and SOAR; perform detailed analysis of alerts and potential threats, and alert correlations across SOC monitoring and threat detection tools.
- Identify and analyze anomalies in event data to identify security issues; provide analysis and reporting of threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
- Monitor and investigate incidents and, when required, conduct incident response actions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (preferably Electronics or Computer Engineering).
- At least 1 year of experience in Security Analysis (incident response) and security monitoring.
- Knowledge of security issues such as Firewall, XDR, Threat Intelligence, and malware.
- Preferably with field‑related certificates such as SOC Analyst Certificate.
- Preferably with at least CCNA‑level networking knowledge.
- Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK®/MITRE D3
FEND frameworks. - Paying attention to details, responsible, highly motivated, analytical thinking, teamwork oriented.
- Fluent in English at a level to read & interpret global reports and technical articles.
- Experience with SIEM and SOAR products; using malware analysis, open-source threat intelligence, and SOAR.
- Result‑oriented, inquisitive, willing to learn, knowledge of security technologies such as Anti‑Virus, WAF, Firewall, XDR, PAM, Proxy, Threat Intelligence, and Malware.
