• Design, develop, and optimise complex SQL queries and run them over desired platforms to extract reports.
• Analyse spatial and non‑spatial data using GIS tools and methodologies.
• Perform image analysis to comply with Vodafone data standards and business requirements, including satellite and aerial imagery.
• Prepare, automate, and deliver comprehensive regulatory reports and data visualisations for BTK.
• Lead and coordinate tool deployments on both cloud infrastructure and on‑premises (bare metal) environments.
• Ensure robust data integrity, security, and compliance with telecom regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including international colleagues, data scientists and project managers.
• Provide technical documentation and support for deployed tools and solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in geospatial analysis, cloud computing and telecom regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience with SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, database design).
• Hands‑on experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS) and geospatial data processing.
• Demonstrated skill in image analysis.
• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP, Enterprise Cloud) as well as bare metal infrastructure management.
• Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Power Shell).
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with telecom industry standards and reporting to regulatory bodies (especially BTK) is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of telecom‑specific data models and OSS/BSS systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Understanding of network protocols and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK).
• Experience working with large, distributed, or real‑time datasets.
• Prior experience in the telecom industry or regulatory reporting.
