Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with advanced French and English skills to lead and manage IT projects and transitions. You will coordinate with internal teams and external client IT staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects and transition initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the master project plan.
• Coordinate with client IT staff and internal teams to resolve operational and project-related issues.
• Develop IT solutions for client RFPs/RFIs, collaborating with Sales, Business, and IT platform groups.
• Assemble and manage project teams, define tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, implement quality assurance measures, and report results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, ideally in BPO/contact center environments.
• Advanced French and English.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Network, Voice, Telecom platforms, LAN/WAN, and IT Service Delivery (ITIL).
• Familiarity with Cisco, Avaya, and project management tools (Microsoft Project).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL v3 certifications preferred.
