Site Supervisor

We're urgently seeking an experienced Highways Site Supervisor to take charge of a single active construction site in the Twickenham area. This role is ideal for someone who can step in immediately, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth, safe delivery of civils works on a live project including roads and surrounding civils.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise all on-site highways and civils activities

· Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and deliveries

· Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures

· Carry out daily briefings, site checks and progress reporting

· Work closely with the project manager to keep the programme on track

· Ensure quality, productivity and safe working practices at all times

Essential Requirements:

· CSCS Gold Card - mandatory

· Proven experience supervising civils or highways construction works

· Strong understanding of traffic management and safe systems of work

· Competent IT skills for reporting and communication

· Ability to take control of a site independently and confidently

Desirable (not essential):

· SSSTS / SMSTS

· Temporary Works Supervisor qualification

· Any traffic management qualification
