Working Foreman – High-End Residential (TW1)
£15m Refurbishment Project | Start ASAP
I’m looking for a strong No.2 on site to support me on a £15m high-end residential refurbishment in TW1. You’ll be overseeing approx. 15 operatives, ensuring smooth daily delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Requirements:
* SMSTS, Temporary Works, PASMA (essential)
* Proven experience on high-end residential projects
* Confident reading and interpreting drawings
* Strong leadership and communication on site

8am – 5pm
