Site Supervisor

We're urgently seeking an experienced Highways Site Supervisor to take charge of a single active construction site in the Twickenham area. This role is ideal for someone who can step in immediately, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth, safe delivery of civils works on a live project including roads and surrounding civils.

• Oversee and supervise all on-site highways and civils activities
• Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and deliveries
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Carry out daily briefings, site checks and progress reporting
• Work closely with the project manager to keep the programme on track
• Ensure quality, productivity and safe working practices at all times

• CSCS Gold Card - mandatory
• Proven experience supervising civils or highways construction works
• Strong understanding of traffic management and safe systems of work
• Competent IT skills for reporting and communication
• Ability to take control of a site independently and confidently

• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Temporary Works Supervisor qualification
• Any traffic management qualification
