Renowned residential developer who provide a high quality knowledge and experience within the construction industry with a dynamic and innovative approach to new schemes in prime locations across London.

Due to successful completion of previous schemes and able to create and maintain strong relationships they are now looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join the business, providing quality new build mix use residential schemes.

Years’ worth of expertise within the construction industry with a strong financial backing which allow them to function in an autonomous manor and secure new developments.

• Ensure the Technical team are fully resourced, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities
• Engage with the management of the business, in accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, work effectively as part of the senior management team.
• Provide a practical and cost effective technical service to the company
• Ensure that best practice is followed, costs are controlled, the department maximises revenue generation and contribution to the company’s operating profit.
• Responsible for producing technical design solutions encompassing site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, the investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of economical viable resolutions.

• Enthusiastic and able to drive a team
• People person who is able to communicate well
• Experience in new build high rise and reinforced concrete residential projects
• Looking for a methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalent
• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers and clients
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
