About the Company
Our client is a well-established Building Surveying practice with a team of 15 professionals working across residential, commercial, office, and heritage sectors. Due to increasing demand from existing clients for structural engineering services, they are looking to bring this capability in-house by creating a new Structural Engineering Division.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious structural engineer to take the lead in building and growing a department from the ground up, with clear long-term progression to Director level.

Establishing and leading the company's new Structural Engineering division.
Managing and delivering structural design projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, office space, and heritage buildings.
Liaising directly with clients, attending meetings, and preparing fee proposals.
Working collaboratively with the Building Surveying team to support ongoing and future projects.
Contributing to business development, recruitment, and strategy as the division grows.
