responsibilities

unison, a leading provider of cots-based procurement and grants management solutions for the federal marketplace, is seeking technical consultants to support the design, development, implementation, and operation of its solutions.

our technical consultants work on a broad range of assignments including the following:

• design, applying development process understanding, and testing of software enhancements and adaptations to unison’s cots solutions

• implementation of real-time integrations with other applications including federal erp software solutions and other administrative and programmatic systems

• support the technical configuration, management, and operation of unison’s software solutions at client sites, including software installation, testing, configuration management, conversions, data base administration and related activities

qualifications

• bachelor’s degree

• experience in two or more of the following: the design, applying development process understanding, implementation and operation of web-based applications

• experience in a database management system (dbms)

• experience with sql

• knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is a plus: xml/web services, asp, .net, soap, apis and related technologies

• strong problem-solving, analysis, communication, and teamwork skills

• ability to pick up new information and skills quickly

• strong organizational skills

• proficient in microsoft excel, power point and word

• eligibility to obtain a government security clearance

desired skills:

• experience with extract transform load (etl) tools (talend, python)

• experience in federal administration applications such as procurement, grants, financial management, asset management

• experience in oracle dbms
