Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Truck Driver who will be responsible for transporting goods from one place to another in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience driving a truck. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to traffic safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all cargo is safely loaded onto the truck and secured for transport

• Follow assigned routes in accordance with delivery schedules and road safety laws

• Maintain communication with dispatch personnel throughout shift

• Inspect truck before and after each trip, recording any defects or malfunctions

• Complete paperwork accurately as required by law or company regulations

• Monitor cargo during transport, checking for any signs of damage or tampering

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience driving a truck

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs on occasion

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and operation

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

• Experience in long-distance hauling preferred
