Project Manager - Renewables

Our client, a leading international energy company that is building the foundations of future-focused, environmentally friendly technologies through long-term investments in renewable energy sources, is looking for an independent and experienced Project Manager who is eager to actively contribute to creating a better tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities Planning, organizing, and managing international investment projects in the field of renewable energy, with a focus on solar power plants

Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating technical, project, and investment documentation, and participating in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals

End-to-end management of processes, from the development phase and investment decision-making to execution and handover of the project into operation

Leading, coordinating, and supervising project teams, and effectively allocating tasks and responsibilities

Organizing and coordinating external contractors, including monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality of execution

Close cooperation with other departments and companies within the entire division

Ensuring quality of execution in accordance with technical standards, project requirements, and best practices

Ensuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant technical field

Proven experience in managing complex and financially significant projects in an international environment

Willingness to work in the field and experience with operational monitoring of projects at various locations

Good knowledge of renewable energy; experience with solar power plants is an advantage

Experience in leading, coordinating, and organizing diverse project and execution teams

High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic

Strong proactivity and ability to work independently and make decisions

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a strong sense for working with people and effective communication

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
