Financial Reporting and Tax Accountant

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Tax Accountant to play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant with a genuine interest in developing expertise across both financial reporting and tax within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You will support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, and continuous process improvements, working closely with internal teams and external advisors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, with a focus on external reporting and tax requirements
• Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare statutory accounts and support external audits, managing deliverables and audit queries
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assist with technical accounting research and documentation
• Prepare and assist with filing VAT returns
• Perform tax reconciliations
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation
• Support tax audits, inspections, and tax-related projects
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and use of data analytics

Requirements

• ACA Qualified
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with exposure to indirect and direct taxes
• Experience with consolidated financial statements and audit processes
