Location: City

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join a growing fit-out company in London.

The successful candidate will manage and maintain project documentation across multiple commercial interiors projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless information flow using Procore as the primary document management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, manage, and control all project documentation across the business, with a primary focus on drawing management, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.

  • Upload, review, and distribute drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documents via Procore

  • Ensure all documentation is logged, updated, and issued in line with project deadlines and company procedures.

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants regarding document control queries.

  • Support project teams with Procore functionality, workflows, and document management processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience using Procore within a construction or fit-out environment.

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller for a main contractor, subcontractor, or fit-out firm.

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, documentation workflows, and industry terminology.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and document control best practices is an advantage.
