Salary: up to 26k depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a legal secretary for a prestigious law firm in Derby

The role of Legal Secretary will involve

• Audio typing from caseworker's dictation
• Answer and make calls to clients arranging appointments within the electronic diary
• Maintaining the case management systems and electronic file records
• Opening and closing files using the case management system
• Provide backup secretarial support as required

Legal Secretary skills and experience required

• Must be experienced and be confident in audio typing and word processing
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Previous legal secretary / Reception experience would be advantageous
• Must be able to work in the office full time
