Location: City

Temporary Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy Capital Works team in Sheffield (S5 area). This is a 12-week temporary role, fully site-based.

Details:

  • Pay: Up to 15 per hour

  • Hours:

    Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Location:

    Sheffield (S5) - on site

  • Start date:

    5th January

  • Interviews: 22nd & 23rd December

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Maintain trackers and ensure accurate data entry

  • Assist with team and client queries

  • Produce clear and accurate documentation

  • Support the team in meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation

  • Strong communication skills
