Quotation Writer
Are you an Administrator who is looking for a new challenge in a well established and growing business? Are you looking for a full time position in the Eastfield area, working for a business that offers Hybrid working for all its staff?
Do you have an excellent attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal?
If this is the case, then this job could be for you.
What the Administrator job involves
Creating customer quotes on the ERP system.
Calling suppliers for prices on materials to create the quotes accurately.
Sourcing materials from other suppliers if they are out of stock.
Sending bespoke quotes out to customers.
Responding to email and telephone queries.
Skills required
Previous experience of working in an administration based position
Excellent attention to detail.
Self Managed and able to work on your own initiative.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Willing to learn new systems and processes.
Other information
Full time Monday to Friday.
25 days holiday Plus bank holidays.
Death in Service policy 2 times salary.
Hybrid working available after initial training.
Car parking available / Easily accessible on the train or bus.
