Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day administrative support across project & procurement functions
- Document control, purchase order processing, & supplier communications
- Maintain accurate records & ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support internal teams with general office tasks & coordination duties
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail & the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & confident working with internal systems
- A flexible, team-oriented approach & a proactive attitude
