Hybrid: 2/3 days in the office
Pay: 33 per hour umbrella

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Transaction Management and the wider team. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can handle various administrative tasks with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, using initiative and sound judgement.
  • Compose and prepare internal/external correspondence, routing non-essential correspondence.
  • Monitor implementation of company policy.
  • Coordinate executive appointments, meetings, receptions, and conference calls.
  • Assist in creating and modifying presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Prepare and track expense reports.
  • Manage travel arrangements, considering executive preferences and needs.
  • Maintain correspondence and record files.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience at a senior level within a corporate environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook.
  • Strong IT skills, experience with internal applications is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and self-motivation are key.
  • Superior time management and ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working effectively in high-pressure environments.
