Responsibilities:
As the Stores Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the operations team! Your key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and managing store activities efficiently
Ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately
Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes
Assisting in inventory management and audits
Providing exceptional support to team members and stakeholders
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience in a warehouse or stores environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using inventory management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Knowledge of PLC systems and processes
Previous experience in a similar role
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Technologies:
Inventory management software
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of PLC operations
