Location: Brighton
RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Tender Advisor to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management Division.
What You'll Do- Manage Procurement Portals :
Monitor portals, onboard new frameworks, and retrieve tender packs. - Support Client Onboarding :
Handle requirements for new clients and maintain accurate records. - Scout Opportunities :
Collaborate with Business Development to qualify potential bids. - Coordinate Tender Submissions :
Assist with multiple bids and manage specific requirements independently. - Ensure Compliance :
Review documents to meet client and company standards, resolving risks early. - Organise Documentation :
Maintain clear, consistent proposal files and adhere to retention policies. - Drive Continuous Improvement :
Capture feedback, track performance, and build a library of best practices.
- Experience in commercial, bid, or business development (3+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of UK public sector procurement rules and tender processes.
- Strong planning, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Dynamics and MS Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across international teams and meet tight deadlines.
- APMP Foundation certification.
- Familiarity with the Shipley process.
- Background in engineering or technical services.
