Our client is a pioneering provider of robotic solutions for the oil & gas industry. Their mission is to deliver safer, smarter, and more efficient operations through cutting‑edge technology. With strong growth in the US, they are expanding our team within the Gulf Coast USA – the heart of global oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions
  • Schedule and lead meetings to present our client's solutions
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions in the Gulf Coast USA.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision‑makers.
  • Represent Regen Robotics at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
  • Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project delivery.
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Essential Criteria
  • 5+ years' proven experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation and excellent negotiation skills in formal settings.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
  • Energetic, self‑motivated and results orientated.
  • Relationship management skills
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous B2B sales experience in the oil and gas industry, industrial services, or similar.
  • Existing network within Gulf Coast oil & gas industry is highly desirable.
