Building Safety Consultant - Newcastle

One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Building Safety Consultant to support a growing portfolio of Building Safety projects. Projects predominantly based across Newcastle and the wider North East.

This organisation are seeking a Building Safety Consultant due to continued client demand for Building Safety Act advisory, safety case support and compliance services.

The Building Safety Consultant Role

The successful Building Safety Consultant will play a key role in delivering Building Safety compliance and advisory services across residential and mixed-use developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Safety Consultant looking to develop their expertise within a forward-thinking consultancy that is heavily investing in its Building Safety offering.

Duties of the Building Safety Consultant to include:

· Advise clients on compliance with the Building Safety Act and secondary legislation.

· Support the management and coordination of safety case information.

· Review design and construction information for regulatory compliance.

· Engage with duty holders to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.

· Attend site inspections and stakeholder meetings across the region.

· Assist in developing Building Safety strategies for clients.

The Person ?

The successful Building Safety Consultant will have experience working within Building Safety, fire safety, compliance or risk management roles. The Building Safety Consultant will fit the following description…..

· £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
