Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join their team and drive project specifications across the UK.

• Basic salary up to £65,000

• Proven track record in specification sales within the construction or roofing sector (building envelope, waterproofing, or related products)
• A strong network of Architects, Specifiers, Surveyors, and Contractors
• Confident in managing the full sales cycle from specification through to project delivery
• Excellent technical understanding of building systems and regulations
• A proactive, results‑driven professional with outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills

• Drive and secure product specifications through architectural and design practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Developers, and Surveyors
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding project support
• Manage pipeline opportunities and ensure projects are tracked through to completion
• Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets within your region
