Job Title – Project Manager

Salary - £65,000 - £70,000

Location - Tyrone/Fermangh

About the Company

Main building contractor working in all sectors of the construction industry such as residential, healthcare & commercial. They have been going well over 40 years. They are currently on the lookout for a Project Managers for commercial / residential projects thoughout Tyrone and Fermanagh

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
