A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The company delivers high-quality residential, care home, and student accommodation projects across London and the South East, with M&E package values reaching up to £12 million.

Manage all commercial aspects of M&E projects from tender through to final account.

Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, variations, and CVRs.

Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budget control.

Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and payment processes.

Provide financial insight to drive project performance and profitability.

Proven background as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a building services contractor.

Experience on residential, care home, or student accommodation schemes.

Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT and Design & Build forms).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

£60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
