Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE) Discretionary bonus scheme

Building Surveyor Job Overview:

As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project-led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential.

Building Surveyor Job Requirements:

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment
• Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)
• Experience with professional and project-based surveying work Strong technical report writing and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
