Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The practice employs over 270 people across 8 UK locations and offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will be working primarily on commercial sector projects, ranging from refurbishments and fit-outs to new builds, with excellent opportunities for future leadership.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 (Open to discussion)

• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview

• Managing project-based building surveying commissions from inception to completion

• Preparing technical specifications, administering contracts, and overseeing contractors

• Carrying out pre-acquisition and condition surveys

• Assisting with client development and proposal preparation

• Mentoring graduate surveyors

Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• Chartered (MRICS) with relevant experience- not essential if qualified via experience

• Commercial project background essential

• Confident managing client expectations and delivering quality outputs

• Full driving licence and ability to travel to sites across the region
