As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities across a variety of construction projects. You will review drawings and technical documentation, liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, analyse all material, labour, and equipment costs, and help drive value engineering proposals. You will also support and mentor junior team members while playing a key role in securing new work for the business.

The Job:

• Leading the preparation of tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Producing cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals
• Supporting bid submissions and pre-construction activities
• Mentoring and guiding junior/trainee estimators
• Attending occasional site visits when required

The Person:

• Experienced Estimator within construction
• Strong ability to analyse drawings, costs, and technical documentation
• Confident communicating with clients and suppliers
• Looking for long-term progression within a growing business
