Location: Isle of Arran

Site Manager – Sheeting & Cladding (Nuclear Cleared)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a high security nuclear project. This role would suit someone with a strong background in sheeting and cladding who is confident managing site activities in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Overall day to day management of site operations

* Managing sheeting and cladding works to programme, quality and safety standards

* Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials on site

* Ensuring strict compliance with nuclear site rules, HSE regulations and company procedures

* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings

* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management

* Maintaining accurate site documentation, RAMS, permits and records

* Liaising with clients, inspectors and other stakeholders as required

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or industrial projects

* Strong background in sheeting and cladding is highly desirable

* Experience working on nuclear or similarly high-security / regulated sites

* Valid Nuclear Clearance (essential)

* Excellent knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage programmes, deadlines and multiple trades on site

Qualifications

* SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS Black Card (essential)

* First Aid at Work (preferred)
