Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:

• Prepare, measure, and value M&E work packages across projects in line with contract terms.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for ongoing M&E projects.
• Manage variations, claims, and commercial correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control, procurement efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Support contract negotiations and provide commercial advice to optimise project profitability.

You will need:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and proven experience working for an M&E contractor
• A deep understanding of M&E packages specifically within commercial projects
• Happy to travel/Commutable to sites across London and surrounding home counties when required
• Driving licence
