Paxton Personnel is proud to be partnering with a leading Highlands-based civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of prestigious energy and infrastructure projects across the region.

• Full commercial management of civils, energy, and infrastructure projects
• Cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting
• Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Subcontract procurement and commercial management
• Liaison with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners
• Ensuring commercial best practice and contractual compliance

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the civils or infrastructure sector
• Candidates considered at QS or Senior QS level
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience on energy and/or infrastructure projects highly advantageous
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted UK right to work
• Based in, or willing to work from, the Highlands
