Cumberland Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is part-time, based primarily at Silloth and Maryport branches, with flexibility to work at other nearby branches as required.
You will deliver excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and promote the Society’s products while supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised and punctual.
