Senior Architectural Technologist

An award-winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join its vibrant Birmingham studio. With a reputation for delivering thoughtful, design-led solutions across the UK, the practice works on a wide range of projects including high-rise residential, education, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors across all project stages

• Support the delivery of large-scale residential, education, and PBSA schemes

• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements

• Contribute to internal design reviews and technical development

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' experience in UK architectural practice

• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential

• Experience in high-rise residential, education, or PBSA sectors preferred

• Job-running experience beneficial but not essential

• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Strong communication and coordination skills
