• Shadow Process Operations staff and/or Technical Supervisors during daily activities on the plant and in the control room.
• Assist with monitoring, controlling and managing production and utilities processes from the field and control room while complying with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Follow instructions from the Control Room, Field Operator and Technician to carry out tasks as required.
• Assist in execution of safety, food safety and quality controls in accordance with site procedures.
• Clean process equipment and the plant as required and assist in preparing/charging raw materials for the process.
• Assist monitoring laboratory and other relevant process‑related results.

Prospective applicants must have achieved or have chance to achieve five passes at National 5 (including English), together with attainment or predicted attainment of two Higher qualifications by August 2026: one of which is Chemistry, Biology/Human Biology, Physics or Maths. Current and/or predicted Higher grades must be at level C or above. Additionally, all candidates must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, work well in a team environment, demonstrate a talent for practical skills and be prepared to make a positive contribution to the site.
