Your new role

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across bluelight, education, and residential sectors
  • Develop creative, sustainable design concepts and translate them into high-quality documentation
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Support the leadership team in business development and practice growth

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong and varied portfolio of delivered projects
  • Demonstrated ability in project running, design leadership, and team management
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
