This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer their expertise to the education, residential, sports and leisure sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Lead on large scale residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Architect include:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7
• Experience working across a broad range of sectors
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent detailing and drawing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham
