• Lead PD services on varied projects

• Drive the design risk management process

• Provide clear, practical CDM advice

• Liaise with design teams and contractors

• Produce CDM documentation including PCI and H&S Files

• Experience delivering Principal Designer duties

• Strong understanding of design and construction

• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills

• Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
