Electrical Contracts Manager – £50K–£65K + Car – Growing Electrical Contractor

A respected regional electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to take responsibility for projects from initial tender through to final handover. The business operates at around £5–6m turnover and delivers schemes typically valued at £500K, occasionally rising to £1.5m. Their work spans a variety of commercial and industrial settings and involves both repeat clients and new opportunities.

This is a role with real breadth. You’ll be involved in pricing work, preparing tenders, attending pre-start meetings, planning labour and materials, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining close communication with clients throughout delivery. You will also oversee commercial elements such as variations, valuations, and ensuring projects remain profitable and on programme.

* A customer-focused manner and the ability to nurture long-term relationships.

* Strong grounding in estimating/tendering and interpreting electrical specifications.

* Experience managing electrical projects from early stage to completion.

* Confidence working autonomously within a smaller, dedicated management team.
