Revit Technician (Structures)
Location: South Manchester
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000

The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and busy civil & structural engineering consultancy in South Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Revit Technician due to a sustained increase in workload. This is a long-term hire and an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing business with a strong project pipeline.
The consultancy is seeking a Revit Technician with 5+ years' experience from a structural background, to join a collaborative technical team and support delivery across a wide variety of live projects.

The Role
You will be working closely with civil and structural engineers, producing high-quality Revit models and drawings across multiple schemes at any one time. The role offers exposure to both standard and technically interesting developments.

Project sectors include:

• Commercial and industrial buildings (including steel-framed structures)
• Residential developments
• Rollercoasters & Theme Park rides.
• Large-scale schemes up to 150m+
• Unique projects, including leisure and attraction-based developments

Team & Environment
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of around 20 staff, including engineers and technicians. The technical team is well supported, with senior and lead technicians in place, offering guidance and structure. The business promotes collaboration, with a preference for office-based working while still offering hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and coordinating structural Revit models and drawings
• Working closely with engineers to develop coordinated designs
• Managing and updating models across multiple live projects
• Ensuring drawings meet company and project standards
• Supporting projects from concept through to construction stages

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Revit Technician within a consultancy environment
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in commercial, residential, or industrial projects
• Able to work in an office-led, collaborative environment
