What Youll Be Doing Supporting maintenance and engineering tasks across the site Assisting with fault finding and basic repairs Learning from experienced engineers and developing hands-on skills Working within a high-volume manufacturing environment Following health & safety and compliance procedures

What Were Looking For 12 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment Any engineering qualification (Level 2 or above) A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work across rotating shifts As a Semi-Skilled Engineer , youll be part of a supportive team that values continuous improvement and personal development.
