Salary: £45,000 to £58,000 per annum DOE
Hours:
40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Due to growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
Working with the SQS you will lead, manage, develop and train the commercial teams across your portfolio of projects
Assist on all contractual matters from inception to close out via in depth understanding of the contract and its implications for profit delivery.
Assisting in the preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, drawings.
Assist in the management of the Risk & Opportunities process.
Produce monthly CVR reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working on civil engineering/infrastructure projects for a contractor, ideally within the rail industry on major projects
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
Chartered by the RICS/CIOB (preferred)
