Senior Quantity Surveyor - Job Requirements

• MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) - essential
• Strong post-qualification experience in consultancy or client-side roles
• Cost planning and financial reporting in accordance with RICS standards
• Tender and contract document preparation
• Post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Reinstatement cost assessments, viability reports, and life cycle costing
• Able to chair meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams
• Document management in line with QA procedures
• Proficient in managing commissions independently
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative with strong mentoring abilities
• Office-based with travel to local sites as required
