What you'll be doing
You'll manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist sector.
You'll build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
You'll provide expert advice on planning policy, strategies, and development feasibility.
You'll also have the chance to contribute to business development and help shape the consultancy's ongoing success.
What we're looking for
You'll hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, ideally with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
You'll already have experience in either the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.
You'll bring a proactive, problem-solving approach and a real enthusiasm for specialist projects.
You'll be confident in building client relationships and communicating effectively.
You'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are happy to be office-based 5 days a week.
