Electrical Design Engineer

6 Month Contract

Shedfield Hampshire (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sustainable electrical designs across all design stages, from feasibility to completion.
• Be adaptable to working in a mixed discipline environment.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring designs meet required standards and project deadlines.
• Engage with clients and industry partners
• Contribute to our technical excellence strategy, ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.
• Work with digital tools like Amtech/Electrical OM, Relux, Auto Cad, and Revit to deliver efficient and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical building services design.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or HNC with equivalent experience).
• Professional accreditation (e.g., IEng status) with progression toward CEng preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliver technical designs, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sectors such as lighting design, automated controls, and security systems.
• Experience working with data centres (Desirable)
