GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Site Engineer to be based in the Southwark, London.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Duties as Site Engineer:

• Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of 2 x high-end residential towers.
• Single-man site though there is an engineer on the site next door + an apprentice to assist you.
• Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
• Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
• Computer literacy & timely communication.

Site Engineer - Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
• Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
• Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Engineering qualifications;
  Electrical level 3 or equivalent.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to 50,000
• Call out 1 in 2 ( 100/week = 2,600/year)
• Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
