Responsibilities:

• Delivering complex BMS projects including upgrades, retrofits, optimisation works and system enhancements
• Managing project delivery end-to-end: design reviews, engineering input, installation oversight, commissioning coordination and handover
• Developing technical solutions and supporting with system configuration (Trend, Tridium)
• Working closely with specialist clients across critical environments, commercial buildings and advanced facilities
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements, energy optimisation and technology upgrades

Desired Experience:

• Solid background in BMS engineering, project delivery, small works, or upgrades
• Experience with one or more key BMS platforms:
  Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control strategy, field devices, and commissioning processes
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and balancing technical and commercial responsibilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation and delivering high-quality work
